Maintenance Technician
The key responsibility of this position is the maintenance and daily operations of various commercial properties, including office buildings, parking garages, and light industrial. The person in this role will strive to provide exceptional customer service for tenants while working to keep properties in good working order with tasks from landscaping to painting, and everything in between.
