Alyeska Building Kitchen A is a fully equipped production kitchen designed to support and grow your business. It features a spacious prep and packaging area, professional-grade production equipment, and a private ADA restroom. With monument signage, convenient on-site parking, and a dedicated loading area, it provides everything you need for seamless operations. Our standard equipment package includes 8′x8′x7′4″ walk-in cooler, 36″ 6-Burner gas range with full size oven, gas convection oven, deep fryer, 10′ Type 1 exhaust hood, grease trap, upright dishwasher with exhaust, compartment sinks and drainboards, and hand sink. All equipment is professionally maintained to ensure optimal performance.
