Matterhorn Kitchen Suite #970 is a production kitchen and retail space with a roll up door, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and on-site guest parking. Amenities include North Rim's standard equipment package, outfitted by Pitman Restaurant Equipment with: 12'x8' walk-in cooler, 36" 6 burner range with full-size oven, convection oven, deep fryer, 12' Captive Aire hood, upright low-temp dishwasher, compartment sinks, stainless tables, and grease trap. All equipment is maintained by our management team.

Matterhorn Building is centrally located in the heart of Portland's Southeast side, just off of SE Hawthorne. The five plug and play kitchens are health department approved, outfitted by Pitman Restaurant Equipment, and each have a mezzanine level for additional storage or office use. Each suite has a roll-up door and there is an outdoor dining area, as well as a parking lot. Please note that photos are of a similar kitchen and standard equipment package is subject to change.
