This suite is outfitted with a standard equipment package* provided by Pitman Restaurant Equipment and features: 8'x12' walk-in cooler, 12' Type-1 hood, 36" 6-burner range with full size oven, convection oven, deep fryer, upright ventless dishwasher, compartment sinks, grease trap. All equipment is professionally maintained by our management team.

The Pitman Building is mixed use with commercial kitchens and offices above. Building amenities include on-site guest parking, secure bike storage, truck loading, 24/7 secure building access, and nightly security patrol. *Standard equipment package is subject to change.
